Yoga therapy is more than a private yoga class. Holly Smith has a background in yoga and is a trained yoga therapist. During sessions where she integrates yoga into the therapy room, she mindfully brings yoga poses, breaths and movements into sessions that will help each unique client and their needs on a individual and personalized basis. Yoga therapy can help us feel more connected to ourselves and our bodies, release stored energy and emotion from our minds and bodies, and support us when talking isn't enough.

Meditation and mindfulness can help us experience more clarity, ease, understanding, self-connection, and presence. By incorporating these practices into the therapy room, we can have the space to gain insights and perspectives that we may have not otherwise been able to see. Mindfulness and meditation is not always about being silent. You don't have to have experience in these practices in order for them to be integrated into your therapy session.
